The risk management process takes many forms, from proactive department to department safety training, seminars and "incident" tracking (to stay on top of the near misses) - to the more simple approach of detailed independent investigation of accidents after they happen, (in order to minimize the possibility that they will happen again.) In this section we will offer common risk management processes that any client will find easy to incorporate into thier own routine. From our expensive experience investigating public entity claims from first report, through litigation management, we will offer tip's and trick's on how to avoid similar incidents in your own backyard. We will also post an extensive library of risk management resources and links to assist you in your quest to be "different" than all the other insureds. For the same reasons underwriters give our firm extra consideration because we are "different", we will be able to demonstrate to the same underwriters how you are "different" (better) than the other guy.
